Welcome to Sawasdee Thai Cuisine!
Sawasdee means Hello in the Thai Language.

Our restaurant has always been a dream of Lek’s for many years. She has a strong passion for the culinary arts and strives to deliver the best tasting Thai dishes she can.  She uses fresh meats and vegetables in all of her dishes while adding sauces she has created to give each dish a unique taste.

During the summer of 2009 she began selling some of her dishes at the Westchester Farmers Market. There her customers began to enjoy some of her homemade dishes and desserts and suggested to her to open her own restaurant.  On November 12, 2010 her dream came true when Lek and with her families help opened the doors of Sawasdee Thai Cuisine.

All of her dishes are made fresh per each order using local produce. Her eggrolls and spring rolls are made from fresh cut vegetables and hand rolled on a daily basis. The dipping sauces used are all homemade as well as all the sauces used in her dishes. The recipes for these sauces are her close secret and are what gives her Thai dishes a unique and distinct taste.  Patrons can enjoy their meals with our without the addition of Thai chili peppers and if they do desire a spicy dish, they can select from 1 thru 5 with her new extreme level called the Fire Breathing Dragon. Please be sure you are ready for this level of spice, dishes served at this level of spiciness is not for everyone.
